It sits 250 feet above Pacific Coast Highway in the most scenic part of Malibu, overlooking Malibu’s famous coastline and Broad Beach, the most exclusive celebrity community in Malibu.
 
It features what is probably the largest level grass yard in Malibu, overlooking the Pacific Ocean with unobstructed 360 degree views of the ocean with a multi level flat grass lawn that is 440 feet long! This makes it ideal to stage any size event.
 
It is completely private and cannot be seen by anyone.
 
The modern house features large, open, high ceiling public areas features two large living rooms, a gigantic designer kitchen with all Viking appliances for on site cooking or catering, and a large wrap around deck. 
 
As the property faces south, it is one of the few houses in Malibu that has unobstructed views of the sun rising from the East and the sun setting in the West, so depending on what time of day your event is, that is Mother natures extra bonus! 
 
To top it off, you have the magnificent Pacific Ocean on one side, and the glorious mountain view of the Malibu mountains on other side. 
 
We also have an ideal spot tucked in between tropical foliage, for a dance floor and a live band of any size.

This private venue is not available for use by the general public, and is only available by qualified referrals, and only limited dates are available.

This is not a commercial wedding factory, and we just do a few events a year by referral, so it is really special and fun and intimate.
